For adviser firms who use the Novia service but do
not have login details for Report Zone - please email
Client Services who will issue you with login details -
this will typically take 3-4 business days.
Requests should be sent by the firm owner to enable access for
all advisers within the firm. We will provide user access for the
firm owner, firm administrator and advisers as per your Terms of
Business with Novia. We will then issue you with a form which a
firm owner should complete and return to Client Services to provide
access for paraplanners within the firm.
For adviser firms who do not currently use the Novia
service but would like more information on Report Zone or
any other aspect of our service please contact your Regional Sales
Manager.
