
James has worked in financial services for 12 years across a number of roles with Lloyds TSB, James Hay and AXA. Five years of which were spent working on two wrap platforms, James Hay and AXA's Elevate platform and says, "They were very different propositions, but both provided me with a very good insight into the UK platform market".
James understands, "Wrap platforms are the future - Novia has many talented individuals to shape the business and there is a collective desire to succeed at every level".
In his spare time James is a passionate West Ham United supporter, enjoys watching films (too many favourites to mention!) and listening to rock/punk music.

Catherine started her career at a Financial Adviser firm before moving on to James Hay Pension Trustees working for 10 years on both their SIPP and wrap propositions.
Having experience within the wrap market, Catherine understands the need for an efficient platform to enable advisers to do their job. She believes strongly that Novia is set up to deliver an excellent customer service experience.
Catherine is passionate about sport, both watching and playing, especially football, squash, tennis and golf. Although she spends most weekends supporting Salisbury City FC, her home team in Wiltshire, she also enjoys going back to Ireland where her family are from.

Andrew has worked in the financial services sector for just over eight years starting off in capital and with profit bonds, life assurance and personal pensions. He later moved onto collective investments for the Norwich Union and The Royal Bank of Scotland's joint venture; within this role he focused on PEPs, equity ISAs and OEICs. Andy also has experience in the advisory side of the industry, having been a mortgage adviser at London and Country mortgages.
Andy believes, "Novia is an exciting company in an emerging market. I enjoy the challenge of contributing to the success of the Client Services Executive Team and Novia as a whole".
An avid sports fan, Andy spends most of his free time on the golf course, football pitch or watching dusty footage of 1950s boxing!

Richard previously worked as a self-employed paraplanner and business consultant in Swansea after graduating from the town's University with a degree in Actuarial Studies.
Richard believes, "Novia is a forward thinking environment which is advancing the wrap market and providing advisers with the best tools. The proposition brings a freshness and Novia has the right people for continued success".
In his spare time he enjoys socialising, travelling, live music, water sports and is currently trying to teach himself to surf after catching the surfing bug at Bondi Beach!

Beth has eight years experience in the financial services industry starting out as a sales consultant with Chelsea Building Society. She then spent two and a half years at Selestia as a business support administrator before taking time out to travel around the world.
Once back safely in the UK she worked at F&C in London for six months in business support for their range of international Sicav funds, and jumped at the chance to move to Bath to work with Bill and other familiar faces once again.
Beth believes that, "The Novia proposition is just what the market needs and by using market leading technology and the wealth of experience that the employees bring, Novia can unlock its true potential".
In her spare time she enjoys cooking and tasting the many different cuisines of the world, the theatre, going to music festivals and is always thinking about which country to explore next.

Claire has worked in the financial services sector for over 10 years, gaining experience within life companies and IFA firms.
One of Claire's most recent roles was with Skandia supporting two Regional Sales Managers, and following the closure of the regional office Claire went to work for an IFA in Bath. However, she was keen to resume her role supporting various IFA firms and helping to streamline their businesses with the use of a wrap provider.
With the implementation of RDR approaching Claire feels the wrap market is the way forward, and is excited to have joined a company that wants to lead the way in this field.
In her spare time she enjoys going to the cinema, organising trips away with friends, cooking, and the occasional gym class!

Kerry has worked within Financial Services for over 15 years in a variety of roles. Kerry started out at a life office, dealing with the SIB Review into the mis-selling of Personal Pensions - before moving on to work with IFAs in a variety of roles. Kerry joined Novia from AXA Wealth where she was a Business Development Manager, covering Pensions, Investments and their wrap platform.
In my spare time I follow football, supporting Aston Villa. My husband is trying to encourage me to learn to play Golf!

Gemma has worked in the Financial Services industry for around 5 years. She started her career at AEGON as sales support for a team of field based consultants. She specialised in pensions new business including the set up of Corporate and Individual Personal Pensions and SIPPs. Gemma left Aegon to go and work for an IFA enabling her to gain a more in-depth knowledge of all aspects of an individual's financial planning needs such as Protection and Investment planning. She is currently studying towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. With the RDR deadline fast approaching Gemma thinks that platforms will become even more important in the market and is excited to work for a company that wants to lead the field. Out of office hours she likes to socialise as much as possible and is addicted to Formula One!

Benn has vast experience in customer relationship management and decided to apply his skills to the financial services industry in 2008. Having previously worked with BNY Mellon, Benn moved to Novia because with the impending RDR he believes WRAP platforms are instrumental to the financial adviser offering and that Novia is a company at the forefront of the industry. Outside work, Benn loves to play snooker but spends most of his time on the golf course or on his bicycle.
