business is carried out through wraps, GBST has
been developing software solutions for funds administration and
financial services since 1996 and for wrap solutions since 1999.
They entered the UK market in 2003 and have established a
reputation for delivering high quality, robust, functionally
advanced software which has scalability to meet business
demands.
GBST provides technology to power four of the top 10 wraps in
Australia and a number of other blue chip companies. Collectively,
these providers administer in excess of $250bn on GBST's Composer
wrap platform. This places GBST as the leading provider of wrap
platform solutions in Australia.
Digital Keystone provides web based functionality that works
seamlessly with the data and services provided by our other
partners. This includes the tools for advisers to build
portfolios, including risk analysis, asset sector optimisation,
model and asset selection - utilising data provided by Financial
Express. Digital Keystone also works with Novia for back-end
processing and management systems to create documentation such
as Statements and Contract Notes. Digital Keystone also facilitate
third party integration with back office providers and research
tools.
Providing all the data for the platform and powering our
comprehensive suite of portfolio management tools are
Financial Express who are experts in this field.
We are constantly working together to improve existing tools as
well as developing new ones.
Providing TCF management information tools is technology
provider FinQS. The TCF Centre allows online
client feedback to be gathered for advisers where scores can be
benchmarked, analysed and monitored specifically against the FCA's
six TCF principles. The service is provided at no extra cost to
advisers.
Pensions and administration solutions provider Dunstan
Thomas manages our pensions and investment illustrations.
Dunstan Thomas' 'Imago Front Office' is integrated into the
platform and enables completion of illustrations for SIPPs, ISAs
and General Investment Accounts.
Stocktrade are our stockbroking partners who
provide Novia clients and their advisers with full access to the
wide variety of equities traded on the London Stock Exchange. It
provides exposure to Investment Trusts, Exchange Traded Funds
(ETFs) and the full spread of shares and bonds.
Our business advisers
Novia's auditors are Pricewaterhouse Coopers
who need no introduction as one of the UK's big four accountancy
firms.
Our legal advisers are Eversheds, one of the
largest full service law firms in the world with a UK team, who
have been advising the financial services industry since the
introduction of the Financial Services Act in 1986.
