James Savage - Client Services Executive Manager

James has worked in financial services for 10 years across a number of roles with Lloyds TSB, James Hay and AXA. For the past five years he has worked on two wrap platforms, James Hay and AXA's Elevate platform and says, "They were very different propositions, but both provided me with a very good insight into the UK platform market".

James understands, "Wrap platforms are the future, so the opportunity to join the company from inception and work alongside so many talented individuals to shape the business was just too good to turn down. There is a collective desire to succeed at every level".

In his spare time James is a passionate West Ham United supporter, enjoys watching films (too many favourites to mention!) and listening to rock/punk music.

Andrew has worked in the financial services sector for just over six years starting off in capital and with profit bonds, life assurance and personal pensions. He later moved onto collective investments for the Norwich Union and The Royal Bank of Scotland's joint venture; within this role he focused on PEPs, equity ISAs and OEICs. Andy also has experience in the advisory side of the industry, having been a mortgage adviser at London and Country mortgages.

Andy believes, "It is an exciting opportunity to join an emerging company in an emerging market. I look forward to the challenge of contributing to the success of the Client Services Executive Team and Novia as a whole".

An avid sports fan, Andy spends most of his free time on the golf course, football pitch or watching dusty footage of 1950s boxing!

Kharina's past experience has seen her working two years for HSBC as a management trainee and a Personal Finance Executive for AWD Chase de Vere dealing with life assurance, investments and mortgages and has over four years of financial customer services.

Kharina believes, "Novia is unique with its proposition. The innovations, experience and 'can do' attitude will move us towards a higher standard which we will challenge continuously. This makes it not only an exciting place to work in, but also enables us to provide our clients the best service in the market".

She moved to the UK from Sweden after her university studies and hasn't looked back since. Outside of work Kharina enjoys the cinema, literature, music and art. A keen amateur cook she uses her partner as a guinea pig for her creations.

He recently returned from six months travelling and is looking forward to challenging himself at Novia where he believes, "Novia, with its forward thinking environment, can advance the wrap market and provide advisers with the best tools to succeed". He already enjoys the freshness the new proposition brings and believes that Novia has the right people for success.

In his spare time he enjoys socialising, travelling, live music, water sports and is currently trying to teach himself to surf after catching the surfing bug at Bondi Beach!

Beth has six years experience in the financial services industry starting out as a sales consultant with Chelsea Building Society. She then spent two and a half years at Selestia as a business support administrator before taking time out to travel around the world.

Once back safely in the UK she worked at F&C in London for six months in business support for their range of international Sicav funds, and jumped at the chance to move to Bath to work with Bill and other familiar faces once again.
