Through the Novia service you can access structured products from a number of providers. We have teamed up with several highly respected institutions who offer a diverse range of products to suit the individual needs of different clients.

Novia is independent of any provider and will work with any institution if this is operationally possible.

Purchasing Structured Products through Novia

If you wish to access a product from one of the providers below, please contact Client Services and ensure your instruction names the specific provider, product and issue name and date. Typically Novia will cut off 7 days in advance of a product issue's subscription close date. Therefore if you wish to buy a particular product issue please ensure you have requested the product and we have received a fully and correctly completed instruction and cleared monies in advance of this. Advisers should request a product to be made available 14 days ahead of the Novia cut off point. Please contact Client Services to request a product issue as per this timescale to ensure we can make it available.

Please be aware that structured product providers may stop taking subscriptions for a certain product early - in advance of the scheduled issue subscription close date. In this circumstance every effort will be made to process your instruction however it cannot be assured - we may not be able to invest in a product as instructed. If this is the case we will contact you and you may be able to purchase a subsequent issue instead.

We do not guarantee to make available every product offered by the providers we work with.

If you are interested in a product from a provider not shown, please contact us, either through your Regional Sales Manager or Client Services, and we may be able to offer this through the service. Novia is keen to respond to the needs of advisers and their clients and we will look to accommodate requests to make a product available where this is possible.
