Keith began his career in Financial Services working in Sales for Equity and Law. Since then he held senior sales management positions with businesses such as Scottish Life and AXA. Prior to Novia, Keith was Regional Sales Manager for AXA covering the London area and helped the launch of their own WRAP. He has also boosted his experience by spending time within a large regional IFA practice.
Keith says that "at the beginning there was no doubt that Novia's reputation as a rapidly expanding and fast moving business was a big pull for me, but I think the key attraction of Novia was its genuine desire to offer Advisers more than just the minimum required of a wrap platform. Since then the continued innovation Novia has delivered proves to be key for both new and existing clients."
Outside of work, Keith spends his time with his family, including two very active sons. He enjoys all sports, but in particular football, golf and skiing.
Mark joined Novia Financial as a Senior Account Manager in May 2017 and has more than 20 years experience in the pensions and investment industry, having previously worked for Aviva (Norwich Union at the time) and AXA Wealth and also as an IFA.
Mark says, "I am really looking forward to working within an independent company that focuses 100% on Adviser Introduced business allowing intermediaries to deliver the very best service proposition and outcomes for their clients”.
Outside of work Mark has 4 children and a very old house which is in need of constant renovation all of which keep him very busy and generally very glad to be at work!
Relationship Manager for London and the South-East
Catherine started her career at a Financial Adviser firm before moving on to James Hay Pension Trustees, working for 10 years on their SIPP and Wrap propositions. She has been part of the team since before launch and has seen the transition from a start-up business to where we are today.
Having experience within the wrap market, Catherine understands the need for an efficient platform to enable Advisers to do their job. She believes strongly that Novia is set up to deliver an excellent customer service experience.
In her spare time, Catherine is passionate about sport, both watching and playing, especially football and golf and is also a member of the Salisbury Athletic and Road Running Club. Catherine also enjoys travelling and going back to Ireland where her family are from.
Tony has been working in the Financial Services Industry for 25 years, including 16 years at Skandia where he became the Regional Sales Manager for the Midlands. He then spent a short time at Cofunds before moving to Novia to work in the East Midlands area.
Tony has tremendous experience of the Platform/Wrap market place and hugely values the importance of people in our Industry. He says "it's like a breath of fresh air and is excited & thrilled to be part of the Novia Sales Team".
He believes the challenges for Advisers in light of the TCF initiative can be best served through teaming with the best wrap technology in the market today. He believes Novia are extremely well placed with an innovative and exciting proposition which gives the Adviser the winning tools and perfect wealth solution for their clients.
Tony is married with one daughter and lives in Leicester. His mantra has always been to "work hard play hard". Many will know him as a serious golfer who loves the ski slopes and misses the camaraderie of the hockey field.
David has worked within the financial services sector for over 25 years. He has gained a wealth of experience working in IFA Business Development and Account Management roles with Aviva, AXA wealth and specialist SIPP provider Curtis Banks.
David has a thorough understanding of the daily challenges that advisers and Para planners face and understands the benefits Novia’s platform can make to an IFA practice. With increasing dependency on technology throughout the IFA community David is dedicated to helping advisers deliver first class quality service both now and in the future. He says “Novia’s commitment to deliver first class customer service and latest wrap technology is a winning combination designed to help advisers' business flourish and grow”.
Outside of work David enjoys walking with his springer spaniel dogs (come rain or shine) and spending time with his partner and family.
Relationship Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland
Dave has over 16 years’ experience working within the both the Financial Services and Financial Technology (FinTech) industries and has gained a wealth of experience managing teams, accounts and relationships. His last role was at Momentum, where he headed up the customer service operations for both their d2c and b2b propositions.
Dave says that he’s really excited to be part of a closely-knit team at Novia, that clearly put an emphasis on the customer experience, through delivering efficiencies wherever possible, which is something that he’s very passionate about.
Dave lives in Bristol with his wife and enjoys playing and watching most sports, particularly, football, tennis, surfing and skiing. He also loves to socialise with family and friends and jumps at every opportunity to travel to new destinations when they arise.
Helen has over 30 years experience in the Financial Services sector, working primarily for Zurich in various roles. She worked her way through the ranks until she landed her dream job as a Broker Consultant for the Midlands, in 2008. Helping IFAs and building strong relationships through excellent customer support became a passion and a way of life, rather than just a job and the chance to work with a smaller, more agile, innovative team at Novia was an opportunity too great to miss.

This is especially true in today's marketplace, when finding a differential is so important. In her spare time, Helen enjoys messing about with boats, skiing (both on and off the water), walking her dog and gardening in South Devon, where she now lives.
Sharon joined Novia in February 2020, she has over 30 years experiences in Financial services, having previously worked with Sun Life of Canada, Friends Provident, Zurich and more recently Embark.
Sharon has ten years of experience working with platforms, where she has supported key projects and platform enhancement activities to ensure successful platform integration.
Sharon enjoys spending her time developing successful working relationships with advisers, to help deliver mutually beneficial business solutions alongside service excellence. She believes that working with Novia and all that the Novia platform has to offer to support an adviser’s business, will allow her to expand her reach and utilise her account management ability.
Outside of work, Sharon is happily married, she enjoys travelling, spending time with her children and visiting friends who are spread across the country.
Emma has worked in the financial services sector for 15 years, starting her career for the HBOS group where she worked her way up to a Business Development Manager role. She then moved on to MetLife and more recently Curtis Banks.
Emma is passionate about building lasting relationships with her Adviser Firms and supporting them with excellent customer service.

Emma lives in Manchester with her husband Paul and their children. Emma loves to travel and always has a holiday to look forward to. At weekends she loves to spend time with her family, friends and the family dog Archie.
Craig has spent several years working in the financial services sector, working for companies such as Lloyds Bank, MetLife and Old Mutual Wealth.
When Craig accepted the role at Novia, he was immediately excited by the innovative can do attitude of the business. Craig believes that "Novia clearly put the customer at the heart of everything they do."
Craig’s main interest outside of work is cycling. Craig races his road bike all over the UK from March to September every year.
Colin joined Novia in August 2017 with 30 years experience in the finance industry, previously working with Natwest, HSBC, AXA and Standard Life in a variety of roles.
Wrap Platform experience includes spending eight years working on Elevate. Roles included designing and delivering training solutions as a Capability and Development Consultant whilst leading on projects including Six Sigma Lean. He has also worked as Customer Services Specialist sharing his knowledge, training colleagues and helping run a Contact Centre.
Colin is a happily married father of two children, currently at University and College respectively. He enjoys cycling though doesn’t get as much practice as the Bristol to Bath journey is far quicker by train!
Weekends are spent walking and training his new puppy. Colin enjoys the challenges and opportunities involved in managing Adviser Firm relationships and loves the positive attitude found within Novia.
Relationship Manager for Home Counties and the East
Kevin has over 20 year of financial services experience, 16 of those working as an Account Manager at various Blue chip organisations. The attraction to Novia is the vision of the directors and how they see the industry over the next 5-10 years.
Outside of work Kevin's time is spent with his wife Kelly and three children who are all very actively involved in sport. Being an ex-athlete representing Wales & Great Britain, his passion is coaching and mentoring up and coming sprinting talent. Kevin also captained the Welsh athletics team at Manchester 2002 Commonwealth Games.
Jenna has worked in the Financial Services industry since 2007, originally working in the Life & Health Insurance sector, and later bringing this experience with her to Novia.
Jenna started at Novia within the Operations team, which enabled her to gain a good knowledge and understanding of the business and how it functions. Over the years she has seen the Company develop, and has contributed to the excellent customer service experience that Novia clients have come to expect. Jenna really likes how fast paced and forward thinking Novia is. Having gained such an important and deep understanding in Operations, Jenna is now looking forward to her move into Sales.
Outside of work Jenna’s time is largely spent with her partner & young son. They enjoy fun day trips and weekends with the extended family.
Louise has spent the last twenty plus years within the financial services sector, working for General Electric Company in a number of key roles including Sales, Customer Service and Asset Management.
As part of a global market leader she has been trained to an excellent standard, which has enabled her to provide service at the highest level. Louise is always looking to go above and beyond expectations whilst being part of a collaborative, connected and forward thinking business.
Having joined Novia in April 2018, Louise is keen to learn a new aspect of Financial Services within a fast paced, dynamic and growing company. After four years as a Senior Client Services Executive, Louise has recently moved into Sales.
Out of work she enjoys traveling to new locations and is a keen Gym member where she regularly attends kickboxing/HIIT and spin classes.
