Forms that feature the secure email icon can be submitted without a signature, providing they are delivered as an attachment via the Adviser Zone secure email service. Any Advisers who do not wish to utilise this option, can still use the forms and submit by post WITH a wet signature. If a form is instructing a payment to or from a client bank account we must have a verified bank account on record to enable the form to be used without a signature. Where we do not have a verified bank account on record you can do so using the Bank Details form found under Servicing Documents below.
